The Celestar Die Cutter benefits from a Mabeg MMS designed non-stop feeding system that includes side- and back-blowers to ensure consistent sheet separation. The side lay registers the sheet for entry into the front-lay positioning system for guaranteed accuracy. The sheet is then collected by the front gripper bar and held throughout the entire production process, with speeds reaching 7,000 cycles per hour. The die cut, or foil stamped sheet is then moved to the receding pile delivery and stacked evenly with side alignment for further production. Die changeover and make-ready is made simple by a quick-release die-chase system.
